Chuck Schlapp is a Certified Financial Planner™ with over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive financial services. His approach integrates tax planning, estate planning, protection strategies, retirement income and distribution planning, and investment management. He is deeply committed to educating his clients and maintaining consistent, open communication to support their long-term financial success.

He began his career as a Financial Consultant with Comprehensive Financial Management in Melville, NY, and later served as Vice President at Diversified Financial Management in Great Neck, NY. In 1991, Chuck founded Superior Financial Management to offer truly independent, client-centered financial advice.

Chuck is certified by the CFP® Board of Standards, having earned his designation through Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.

He is an active member of both the National and Long Island Chapters of the Financial Planning Association, the largest membership organization for CFP® professionals in the U.S. As part of this organization, Chuck upholds the highest standards of professional competence, ethical conduct, and full transparency.

In addition to his professional commitments, Chuck serves his community as a Past Distinguished President and the current Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Northport–East Northport, a local chapter of an international charitable organization.

Outside of work, Chuck is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Margaret, and their four children: Allison, Carolyn, Maddie, and Brian. He also enjoys golfing, traveling, cheering on the New York Giants and Mets, and competing in a Rotisserie Baseball League.
